Project Devotion™ is being developed deliberately and transparently, with an emphasis on survival mechanics, emergent behavior, and long-term world integrity. Our work prioritizes systems over spectacle, restraint over hype, and credibility over promises.

Project Devotion™ is currently an independent development effort focused on establishing core systems, tone, and technical direction before expansion.

Collaboration is welcomed where it strengthens the project’s foundation — not where it accelerates scope beyond what can be responsibly built.

This project grows through alignment, not volume.

Project Needs

At this stage, collaboration is limited and intentional. The priority is individuals who understand long-term development and systems-driven design.

Areas of interest include:

Gameplay and systems programming (Unity / C#)
Multiplayer and persistence architecture
Environment and technical art
Sound design and atmospheric audio
Animation and creature behavior
Technical design and systems integration

Experience with survival systems, simulation, or large-scale sandbox design is especially relevant.

What Collaboration Means Right Now

Project Devotion™ is not currently hiring full-time positions.

Early collaborators should expect:

Small, clearly defined scopes
Iterative development

Credit and compensation structured as development progresses

The goal is to build a sustainable team once the vertical slice proves itself.
